- Technical services – regular inspection, service and recontruction including engineering supervision and revision, technical inventory, water supply, heat supply, electric supply and gas delivery, cleaning and maintenance of building and surrounding,
- Tax accaunting - bookkeeping by single or double entry
- Accaunting of building – rent calculation, bill of cost (heat, water, electric, gas, cleaning,...) hire contracts, debt collection, etc.
